WHO WE ARE
PEARL Works to Combat Human Trafficking in Indonesia.
Founded in 2009 and officially established as an Indonesian social organization in 2018, PEARL is dedicated to creating an Indonesia free from human trafficking.
Our mission is to prevent, save & restore each person who is vulnerable to becoming a victim or who is a survivor of human trafficking.
PESAN or "Peduli Setiap Insan” means “Caring for Each Person” the parent organization, was formed in 2018.

We envision an Indonesia
free from human trafficking.
We recognize both labor and sex trafficking as horrors in our world today. We address the complex issues that make people vulnerable, deceived, and entrapped in such horror.
PEARL works to combat human trafficking through education, intervention, and restoration programs that address the complex issues making people vulnerable to exploitation.
We are committed to preventing exploitation and actively restoring lives in Indonesia.
OUR SERVICES
What We Do
Our programs welcome people of all backgrounds, building self-confidence, practical skills, and community support networks that reduce vulnerability to trafficking.
✔ Community Outreach
We build relationships in vulnerable communities, working with local leaders to implement awareness campaigns and development programs.
Our team listens to community needs and provides targeted support to high-risk individuals and families.
✔ Skills Training
We offer skills training to vulnerable individuals, currently teaching sewing skills through our Training Center. We have recently added NEXT LEVEL, which is teaching a micro-business training series. Students learn about basic knowledge, keys to success, how to take a business idea and discover if it is profitable, market research, etc.
✔ Education & Awareness
We provide tailored human trafficking education—from 15-minute presentations to 4-day professional seminars—reaching everyone from farmers to institutions. Our awareness campaigns include street fairs, parades, and powerful demonstrations like the "Silent Victims" campaign.
